At Pierced, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry and apparel. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes and place them in a padded mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
